Who we are
My Forever Nails (“we”, “us”) is an industry-only supplier of restorative nail systems to licensed funeral professionals. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and how it is handled. You can reach us at any time at myforevernails@gmail.com.
What we collect
This website has no accounts, no logins, and no shopping cart. The only information we collect is what you choose to type into the procurement form. That is:
- Establishment — the funeral home name.
- Director details — name, position or title, and mortician license number.
- Order selection — the shades and quantities requested, and the estimated subtotal.
- Shipping and contact — shipping address, contact email address, and any optional notes you add.
- Confirmation — your acknowledgement that you are a licensed funeral professional.
We ask for a mortician license number for one reason only: to confirm that an order is being placed by a licensed professional. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share it.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment information through this website. No card details, bank details, or billing credentials are ever requested or accepted here. If your request is verified, a formal invoice is issued separately and payment is handled outside this site.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies. This website sets no cookies of its own.
We do not collect any information about the deceased individuals in your care. Please do not include such information in the notes field.
How your submission reaches us
When you submit the procurement form, its contents are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered to us by email. Delivery is handled by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes the message to our inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission in order to deliver it; their privacy policy governs that processing.
If form delivery is temporarily unavailable, the website will instead open a pre-filled message in your own email application. In that case nothing is transmitted anywhere until you press send, and the message travels only through your own email provider.
Submitted requests arrive in, and are retained in, our business email inbox.
How we use your information
We use what you submit solely to:
- verify that you are a licensed funeral professional;
- prepare and issue a formal invoice for a verified request;
- prepare, fulfil, and ship your order;
- correspond with you about that order.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a procurement request, and we do not send unsolicited promotional email.
How long we keep it
We keep procurement correspondence for as long as is necessary to fulfil the order and to meet our ordinary business, tax, and record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what information about you we hold;
- correct anything that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- stop contacting you.
Email myforevernails@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation. We honour those rights on request.
Third-party services this site relies on
- GitHub Pages — hosts and serves these web pages. GitHub records standard server request logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
- Google Fonts — serves the two typefaces used on this site. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which discloses your IP address to Google.
- Web3Forms — delivers procurement form submissions to our inbox, as described above.
We have no control over the internal data practices of these providers beyond choosing to use them.
Security
This website is served exclusively over HTTPS, so information you type into the form is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store submissions on this website, and no database of your information exists here.
Children
This is a business-to-business website intended solely for licensed funeral professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

A note on scope. This policy describes, accurately and in plain language, what this website actually does. It is not legal advice. Privacy obligations vary by state and by country, and handling professional license numbers may carry specific duties where you operate. Before trading at scale, it is worth having this reviewed by a solicitor or attorney familiar with your jurisdiction.
