Terms of Supply
Who we supply
My Forever Nails is an industry-only supplier. We supply licensed funeral professionals and the establishments they represent. We do not sell to the general public.
By submitting a procurement request you confirm that you are a licensed funeral professional, that the license number you provide is your own and is current, and that you are authorised to order on behalf of the establishment named in your request.
A request is not an order
Submitting the procurement form places a request, not a binding order. No contract of sale is formed at that moment, and no payment is taken.
Every request is reviewed for professional credentials. Where a request is verified, we issue a formal invoice. A contract of sale is formed only when we issue that invoice and you accept it. We may decline any request, and we may decline to state a reason.
Prices and invoicing
Prices shown on this website are in US dollars and are indicative. The subtotal shown in the procurement portal is an estimate only: it excludes shipping, taxes, and any duties, and it does not constitute a quotation.
The formal invoice is the authoritative statement of what is payable. Prices may change without notice; the price on your invoice is the price that applies to your order.
Preparation and lead times
Sets are batch-prepared and quality-checked by hand. This is deliberate, and it takes time. We do not publish a guaranteed dispatch date, and any timescale we discuss is an estimate given in good faith rather than a contractual commitment. We will keep you informed about the progress of your order.
Professional use
Products supplied by My Forever Nails are intended for professional restorative use by trained funeral professionals, in accordance with the application guide included in every kit and with the standards and regulations that govern your practice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these products complies with the licensing, health, and safety requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. The adhesive and preparation materials in the kit are supplied for external use in professional settings only.
Shipping, title, and risk
We ship to the address given in your procurement request. Please check it carefully; we are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address supplied to us.
Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us within seven days of anything damaged, missing, or incorrect, and we will put it right.
Returns
Because sets are prepared to order and are supplied for use in a hygienic professional context, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us at myforevernails@gmail.com within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The My Forever Nails name, the Grace shade names, the text, imagery, and design of this website are our property. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Liability
We stand behind what we make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability of this website
We aim to keep this site available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change the collection, prices, or content of this site at any time.
Privacy
Information you submit through the procurement portal is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version published on this page at the time you submit a request is the version that applies to that request.

A note on scope. These terms are written to reflect, honestly and clearly, how My Forever Nails actually trades. They are not legal advice, and they have not been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer. Commercial supply terms, product-liability exposure, and consumer-protection rules differ meaningfully by state and country. Before trading at volume, have these reviewed by an attorney familiar with your jurisdiction — particularly the liability and returns sections.
